he Studied at the Kiev art Institute (1928-1932). He lived in Kiev. Worked primarily as a landscape painter. Author of painting works: "Caravan on the Dnieper" (1947), "Night on the Dnieper" (1950), "At dawn the road" (1950), "the Dnieper river near Kiev" (1952), "Blue morning" (1954). Designed productions for the Kiev Opera and ballet theatre: "Zaporozhets beyond the Danube" С. С. Гулак-Артемовского, "Natalka Poltavka" Н. В. Лысенко (both — 1934) and others.

From 1935 — participated in exhibitions. Were exhibited in Kyiv: Autumn exhibition of artists of Kiev (1938-1939), 2-я exhibition of works of Kyiv artists (1939-1940), Ukrainian art exhibitions (1948, 1949, 1950), 2-я regional exhibition of the Kiev Association of artists (1953), 3-я regional art exhibition dedicated to the reunification of Ukraine with Russia (1955).
