he Studied at the Kiev art school, then — in Paris at the Academy Р. Жюльена I Г. Уолкотта and П.-А. Лоуренса.

he Lived in Paris. Passed through passion impressionism and post-impressionism, particularly the work О. Ренуара and П. Боннара. He painted landscapes of Paris and its environs, portraits; was a supporter of rigorous academic manner. Exhibited in the Autumn salon, salon Independent and the Tuileries. Held a personal exhibition in the gallery М. Ле Breton.

At the beginning of the Second world war settled in USA. Participated in the national American exhibitions. He was engaged in teaching. Laureate of the art Institute of Chicago (1941). Collaborated with the magazine Esquire.
