Studied in Moscow art school (1923-1927) К. С. Максимова in Vhuteine — Institute of proletarian fine arts (1927-1931) С. В. Герасимова, А. А. Андреева. In 1931 the diploma picture — "Kindergarten".

he Lived in Moscow. He painted landscapes, portraits, thematic compositions. The author of the series of landscapes: "the suburbs" (1937-1941, 1946-1954), portraits of workers of the plant. В. И. Ленина in Moscow (1963-1964); paintings: "Spring" (1956), "the Girl in the Kazakh suit" (1957), "the Kremlin" (1958), "Ustinsky bridge" (1961). Many worked in watercolor technique.

From 1936 — participated in exhibitions. Member of mosskh (SSH — MOSH). Participated in exhibitions: all-Union exhibition of young artists dedicated to the 20-летию the Komsomol (1939), watercolors and gouaches (1952), "Moscow and the Moscow region" (1955), Moscow artists to the XXI Congress of the CPSU (1959), painting and sculpture by Moscow artists (1962), "the Monument of ancient Russian architecture in works of Moscow artists" (1966) in Moscow and others.
