Painted genre paintings (scenes from the life of port workers), landscapes, still lifes, portraits, Nudes. He was engaged in lithography, monumental painting. Completed murals for the Ministry of the interior in Washington, D.C., post offices in Tousana and silver-Спрингсе (Maryland). Was friends with Д. Д. Бурлюком brothers M. and Р. Сойерами. Together with them in 1950-х belonged to the group of "HAMPTON bays".

In the mid 1920-х passed through passion cubism. By the late 1920-х departed from characteristic of cubism emphasized geometric forms in the direction of the traditionalism.

Participated in the exhibition of the Art Institute in Chicago (1932; bronze medal Harris).
